By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the educational-use terms, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

RadiologyFoundations is an educational resource for medical students and other learners. It is not medical advice, not clinical decision support, and not a diagnostic tool. See the educational-use page for the full statement, which governs how you may and may not use the content.

You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

This service is intended for medical students and other adult learners. Do not create an account if you are not able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from billing settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Six-month, annual, and four-year plans are paid up front and do not auto-renew. Access ends on the date you paid through, and we will remind you before it does.

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Upgrading from Base to Gunner charges only the difference and keeps your existing access date.

Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact us using the details below.

Do not enter any patient-identifying information anywhere in the product, including free-text fields.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the content, and do not share your account with anyone else.

Do not attempt to circumvent the access controls that separate the free, Base, and Gunner tiers.

The library, exercises, and every other part of the product not otherwise credited belong to us. Images are either used under a license that permits it, with the source credited, or are synthetic. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own study while your account has access to it, and no license to redistribute it.

Anything you create in the product, such as rotation log entries or a generated synthesis, remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time from account settings.

The product is provided as is, for educational use, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free of error, and it should not be relied on for any clinical decision. See the educational-use page for the full statement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable-use section above.

If we make a material change, we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, notify you directly. Continuing to use the product after a change takes effect means you accept it.
